Lake Street Place

Lake Street Place is an urban mixed-use project with over 35,000 square feet of restaurant and retail on the street level and over 140,000 square feet of office space above. The commercial space is organized around a culinary courtyard which is open to the sky and accessed by an arcade lined with shops. The design respects the two story nature of the surrounding area, with the street face broken into a series of smaller facades which step back to generous decks. Over 500 parking stalls are provided in an underground parking facility that will serve the tenants but also provide much needed off-hour and weekend parking for the downtown area.
